Learning Objectives

The learning goals we set for our clients who take this course:

• To be able to determine ROC analysis and threshold values in diagnostic accuracy studies, 

Purposes

• Easy to use, free and user-friendly instead of licensed and steep learning curve software such as SPSS, SAS, STATA JAMOVI program and our own online calculators We aimed to give you competence in a practical way.
• We have prepared the stages that you will use in all analysis, transcription and interpretations specially for you. FLOW CHARTS summarized in our booklet. Thus, even if a certain period of time has passed since our course, we aimed that you can follow the necessary steps correctly and get results without needing any other documents.

How will the training be implemented?

• The lessons are given interactively via ZOOM, with 3 instructors to ask questions at any time.
• There are question and answer sessions at the end of each lesson and at the end of the day.
• For the practices, examples were prepared in which the trainees could solve themselves and practice in front of the team, which would then be solved together with the trainer.

Do I need to prepare before the course?

No. You do not need to do any special reading before the course.

• You need a Windows or Mac computer and a good internet connection to use it during the course. 
• You must install the latest version of the ZOOM program on this computer. 
• You should also check your Camera and Sound settings and make sure you can share screens.
• Jamovi program: Before joining this course, you need to download and install the free JAMOVI statistical package program on your computer. During the course, we will do all statistical operations with the open source, unlicensed and free JAMOVI program. Latest version of JAMOVI to accompany applications You must download it by clicking this link. After installing and opening the JAMOVI program, pressing the "+" sign in the upper right ClinicoPathDesc, Meddecide and PPDA Install the modules by saying “Install”. 

Will you give presentations at the end of the course?

At the end of the course, we will be sharing all the documents below with you electronically.

Will the course be video recorded? Will I be able to watch it later?

During the course, we only register to increase our quality, to check our mistakes and deficiencies, and to make new arrangements according to the questions received. Can Emergency Medicine residents and specialists attend this course?
